What quality is the clothing?
This All Over Print design is made with high-quality, 100% spun polyester that delivers the look and feel of organic cotton without ever cracking, peeling, flaking or loosing it's shape. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide free of charge!

Why isn't my tracking number working?

As the tracking number is generated by ourselves it can sometimes take a few days to register online. So the tracking number we give you might not work right away, please all up to 5 days for your tracking to register online, however it can sometimes take up to 10 days.  

Often, tracking numbers will only function on domestic orders, as foreign postal systems will not update the location of the package in our carriers systems, until the package have been delivered. If your order is international and your tracking is not working International shipping usually take 2-4 weeks, quicker with express shipping, so you can estimate that it will take about that long from the time your package ships until you will receive it.

If you order is domestic and the tracking number doesn't work, please let us know so we can make sure that your items were properly shipping. 

My item has not arrived, what should I do?

We have a delivery guarantee, and for items lost in the post it is our company policy to offer a refund or replacement.

If your item has been lost in the post please allow a reasonable amount of time before contacting us, as your item may just be delayed in the post, not lost. USPS do not consider an item lost until 6 weeks have passed with no delivery. So please allow at leave 6 weeks to pass before contacting us. 

What if I am not happy with the quality of material used?

To ensure that the image is as HD and high quality as possible we have to print on polyester, as it would not be possible to print 3D designs on cotton. Often during the manufacturing/printing process the polyester can generate some static, and have a 'clingy' feel to it. However one you have washed it just once in the washing machine it will go back to a 'normal' feeling, and will have the feeling a texture similar to cotton.

I received a different size than what I ordered?

In a effort to reduce costs, and maintain the highest possible quality, we import a lot materials from overseas. For example our t-shirt's we import from Italy before printing on them. Italian t-shirts are smaller than US/UK sizes, so the size on the tag may appear to be wrong, however when converted to US/UK sizes it will be the size you ordered. For example, if you order a medium t-shirt, you may receive an Italian XL, however this XL will be equivalent to a US/UK size medium. 

To keep costs down, we do not re-tag the t-shirts. So please do not be concerned about the size on the tag, when you try it on it should fit perfect!

Do you offer wholesale prices?

No. Our clothing can only be purchased from Serpent Urban Clothing, we do not have any 3rd party re-sellers.

What is your refund policy?

Our returns policy is stated below. It is important that you contact us before returning any item to have your return authorised.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 101 S. Reid Street  Sioux Falls South Dakota US 57103.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


To return your product, please contact our friendly customer service team. We will try and resolve this issue the best way we can without you having to return your item. We try to make this as convenient for you as possible. However in some situations, when we cannot come to an imbecile solution between the two of us, then a return my be necessary. In which case we will ask that you send it to our returns department here in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

I only received part of my order! Whats going on?

Don't worry this is totally normal. 

We often ship out items as soon as they finish product and become available, therefor you will receive your items in separate packages on separate dates. If you have already received part of your order then don't worry, the rest of your order won't be far behind. 

I just ordered, can I cancel my order?

Unfortunatly not. As soon as we receive your order is goes into an automatic process to begin producing your order. As all items are custom made to order, once we have received your order, it cannot be canceled.
